Based on the letter from the Sustainability Standards, the decision to present this award is the result of research and analysis carried out through our environmentalist, architects, urban planners, civic group, entrepreneurs and strategists directed by the audit committee council of Sustainability Standards Awards Committee. The Selection Committee uses the criteria and methodologies of the Sustainable Development Goal in conjunction with the presentation of The Most Sustainable and Liveable Community bannered by its theme “Ensure, Promote the Integration and the Principles of Smarter, Sustainable and Greener Community”

The Department of Energy has endorsed ZMW Group’s renewable energy projects to the Bureau of Internal Revenue for tax incentives. This support will empower ZMW Group to supply sustainable energy to the country while ensuring the affordability of electricity for the Filipinos.
The Provincial Development Council of Bohol has positively endorsed the renewable energy projects proposed by the ZMW Group in the municipalities of Ubay and Corella. The ZMW Group has been actively collaborating with local government units, agencies and communities to ensure the projects are implemented efficiently and effectively. Once completed, these initiatives are expected to yield significant benefits, fostering sustainable development that will be experienced by the residents of Bohol.

ZMW received the endorsement of the Department of Energy for grid connection and the conduct of the system impact study. "Such studies are conducted to determine the capacity of the power grid to accommodate a new connection and identify necessary improvements such as additional transmission lines, transformers or substations."[1]

The Board of Investment (BOI) has recently granted a Certificate of Endorsement to ZNW Group for its renewable energy projects. This endorsement certifies that ZNW Group's initiatives are categorized in the green lane designation and are recognized as strategic investments.
Executive Order (EO) 18, issued in February 2023, mandated the establishment of green lanes aimed at expediting, streamlining, and automating government processes to facilitate the entry of strategic investments.
We are delighted to announce that the Department of Energy has granted ZMW the Notice of Award and Certificate of Registration (COR) for the ZMW San Vicente Ubay Solar Power Plant Project. This project is designed with a per phase capacity of 100.2 MWac, totaling a combined capacity of 200.4 MWac. The issuance of the COR indicates that ZMW has fulfilled all technical, legal, and financial requirements, entitling the company to exclusive development rights and incentives within the designated area specified in the duly signed, notarized and executed Solar Operating Service Contract (RE Contract) SEOC 2024-06-898 with the DOE.
ZMW Group Corp. has been given the Certificate of Registration vested by the Anti Money Laundering Council way ahead the validity period of its provisional certification. This is one of solid proofs of ZMW Group.'s commitment to provide clean source of energy which shall be financed with clean financial sources.

On October 8, 2023, the Sangguniang Barangay of Canangca-an in Corella, Bohol organized a Public Consultation that brought together esteemed officials such as Vice Governor Hon. Dionisio Victor Balete and Corella Mayor Juan Manuel Lim, along with Brgy. Captain German Tahel and other members of the barangay council, constituents of the barangay, and representatives from the ZMW Group Corp. This event was held to provide an opportunity for open communication between government officials, company representatives and local residents on matters that concern them all.
