MANAGEMENT  COMMITTEE

The Management Committee (ManCom) of ZMW consists of skilled leaders from various departments. Their main responsibility is to oversee and enhance daily operations across the company's diverse functional areas. 

The ManCom serves as the pivotal point around which crucial decisions revolve, drawing upon the collective intelligence of its members. Their synergy is palpable, as they synchronized efforts to propel the company forward.
